Wrong paper size in Print dialog
Hello.
I use latest C1 and Epson ET-7750 printer. After printing the borderless A4 page I found that it has two borders several mm wide. One on long edge and one on short. After investigation I found that the problem must be the wrong paper size in the print dialog.
If I select A4 which is 297mm to 210mm I see in the Layout 294,2mm to 208,02mm and I can not make it bigger. It does not change if I set borderless or with border modes.
Any ideas?
With best regards,
Mike.

Problem previously reported to service C1, unfortunately not solved to date :(

Mike,
Does the printer driver have a restriction about edge to edge printing that is paper type dependent?
I took a look at the user guide and it seems to suggest it does but the guide appeared to be a US centric document that mentioned A3 but not A4 paper sizes.
I know that some printers over the years have enforced limits on edge to edge on the basis that there overspray problem can become significant in some cases and therefore the option is constrained. The Guide I looked at hinted at such a possibility but was not offering further guidance on the pages I read.

When printing using a Canon Pixma printer, the cell sizes on the prints for both custom and standard templates do not match that designated on the Capture One print dialogue.
I have previously notified this to C1 Support, who responded that it was a problem with C1 software, but nothing has changed in 3 months.
