I do not have had your problem with C1 but nearly all of us know that support response can take several (up to 14) days.

    Kind regards Ernst

thanks for your comment Ernst, C1 has come back to me already with logs and screen grab request. I do understand that responses take time, but as I cannot import any new images into C1 at the moment I am really badly stuck.......bordering on panic as time goes by and clients are looking for their images..... :-0  :-)

ok - just to let everybody know = problem solved.

It was annoying me that "old" files imported ok, but any new shot files did not. I reset the camera to factory settings and re-entered all details how I use the camera and C1 now imports the raw files correctly again. Camera error not C1 !

I have of course notified C1 support and said a humble "thank you"

    Adolf,

    thanks for letting us know.

fyi, supported Windows versions/builds are listed here:

    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002408757-Which-version-of-Capture-One-will-work-with-my-Windows-operating-system-

So, you might want to consider being a little careful in the future with Windows updates on a machine you work with C1 and towards a deadline for customers. Might help to avoid issues...

    regards
