Can't activate my CO20 for Nikon Pro.

I type in the key they gave and it seems to just not work. Don't know what to do.

    I think you also have to type in your user credentials for your C1 online account. If you did and it doesn't work then submit a request via the link above.

    Did you start with the trial version before getting the Nikon Pro version?
