Copying mask from one photo to another
I am trying to copy mask from one image to another similar image however when it copies they dont line up at all, what is the solution

The mask layer(s) is (are) copied exactly: name, adjustments and mask. What do you mean that "they don't line up"? Do you mean that when you view the source and destination image(s) with the mask showing ('m' keyboard shortcut), that the mask is in different positions in the two images?
Or do you see that the mask is identical in the images, but the area you want to mask is different, thus making the destination image masked incorrectly? This is what I see all the time and it's a function of movement, not Copy/Apply.
Prior to the masking changes introduced in 13.1, you could select the Brush tool and hold the Command key while panning and the entire layer mask would move. That behavior was removed in 13.1, and the only way I've found to adjust anything in the destination mask is to edit the mask (brush/erase) or just clear the mask and start over, which will retain the adjustments and let you decide where to apply them,
I'm hoping C1 restores the previous ability to move layers when 14 (or 21 or whatever they call it) comes out, but I'm not holding my breath.

Ahmed,
Do you have any crops on your images?
Are you copying to files of the same dimensions?
I note you use the word "similar". How similar?
