Cursor toolbar missing

I just open up capture one today and the entire bar that contains the import/export buttons, cursor tools and before/after button is gone. I tried resetting the workspace but the bar still isn't reappearing.

Hope someone can help, thanks.

    Check your Toolbar settings in the View menu.
