Sony A7r4 not connection

Hi,
My Sony A7R4 does not connect using WiFi Access Point on my MacbookPro, V.10.15.6. I have tried all possible variations. The camera connects to Sony Imaging Remote with no issues.
Hope to get clarification asap.

    Could you clarify what you are trying to do when you are attempting to connect?

    If you want to ask the Capture One support team rather than other members of the User base then try this link.

    Wireless tethering isn't possible. Tried to write to the support team but my message never gets through.
