Cameras color matching

Hi All,

do you have any ideas, tips, how to mach colours and WB from different cameras? (eg. Sony, Nikon, Ricoh) So I can copy my adjustments (including colour correction and WB) from image A and paste into another image B and the C and have this some results as output. A, B and C are images captured on different cameras.
