Paid via Alipay but get no license

How can I get it before my new job on？？

I was trying to purchase capture one using Alipay on August 2nd 2020, and the transaction is done, but the website tells me The transaction was not paid.

I live in China, and because of the Internet time difference and language, the process of communicating with customer service through email has brought me an endless sense of powerlessness.

Do you guys have any experience and solutions to similar problem????

It seems to me other people living in China were faced with similar issues (see for instance the last one I remember : https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360012963858-I-did-not-receive-my-key-after-purchase). If you try to find in the forum, you might have a discussion with people who encountered the same problem.
