activation problem
I've had to re-download my copy of Capture One Pro for Fujifilm. It simply disappeared. I have a perpetual license. I cannot access my account and have tried everything, including password resets. I'm either told I have no profile or no licences etc etc. This is getting to be problematic as I have projects outstanding and need access to my product. Can you help please? I have my original order details.

James, the best way to solve your problem would be to submit a case to the Capture One commercial staff (upper right corner of this page). For this type of issue, they react very quickly.
