Previews Generating as Pixelated Garbage

Hello New User Here,

Just got a Fuji X-T4 and am shooting in RAW.

Trying Capture One Express to see if it is worth buying just for use as my a hobbyist. These preview renders are driving me insane, if there is not a fix I don't know if I would want to keep using this software.

Pictures seem to render correctly when clicked on and viewed in the editing area. \

Computer Specs: AMD 3900x and RTX 2070 Super.

I have tried re-generating previews with OpenCL both set to auto and with it turned off, and it does not help.

Just a point reference w/r you title - the Preview looks OK but the Thumbnails are problematic.

Very unusual. I don't recall seeing anything like that reported previously.

If you are just trialling Express at the moment I would suggest that you delete the Catalog, create a new one and trying importing the images again to see if you get the same result.

If you were trialling using the the "for Fuji" activation I would suggest creating a new catalogue, import the files to it and see if you get a different result.

As well as what SFA said, you could also try regenerating previews, and also try changing the preview size in the preferences. Like SFA I have never seen this behaviour before.
