    Hi Jon,

Your Sony version can open and edit only DNG created from Sony files. In addition, DJI cameras are not supported yet by Capture One, whatever version is.

    Jon,

    From the release notes:

    "Capture One DNG colors

DNG files from camera models with native support in Capture One will per default have their native Capture One colors applied. DNG files from camera models that are not natively supported in Capture One will have generic DNG Standard colors applied.

We do not support adjustments and settings from other applications embedded in DNG files."

Is the last sentence at all relevant?

From memory there are also some different varieties of dng files and I seem to recall the not all are supported. I have no idea whether that might be a factor here but it's something worth considering and checking alongside Robert's suggestions.

FWIW, I can open and edit DNG files from my Mavic 2 (and the original Phantom 4) in C1 Pro (13.1.1).

Very interesting, Shane.  Could you tell me how to change my EXIF - Camera (Make, Model, Software) as you have, in order that I might edit my DJI Inspire 2 images in COP 2020?  I did attempt to do that, but I "froze" when I got a diabolic message that read: "Reset Metadata Completions".  I was fearful that I would inadvertently screw-up ALL my other images (past and future images) in COP.  Thanking you advance...I really look forward to your response!  Cheers, Tommy

    Hi Thomas

I didn't do anything to the files - they behaved the way any other files do. (In fact, I just imported some DNG files from my drone this afternoon.)

I have nothing to suggest other than to ask what version of C1 you're running. Is it the full "pro" version or are you using one of the manufacturer-specific versions?
