auxiliary lines cannot be moved.
Did anybody knows how to change this?

  What do you mean by auxiliary lines? If you mean guides, you have to select the move tool (V on the keyboard, or the arrow icon on the toolbar) to move them. In previous versions you could also use the pan (hand) tool, but now it has to be the move tool.
