Capture One 20 for Sony Won't Run (Open)
Purchased a new Windows laptop with 16GB memory & Windows 10 Home, Version 1903. Initially installed Capture One for Sony program (latest version), which installed as expected including activation. Tested the program and it initially opened and functioned as expected. The next day I tried to open the program again without success. The program started to run, but stopped. I thought the problem might be more than one copy of the program running. Deactivated all versions of the program, and re-activated only the version on the laptop computer.
Would appreciate any help troubleshooting the install issue. I have purchased a second license of the software to avoid further version issues. Need to get the program to install and initially run to activate that license. Help from the Capture One Support Staff would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is C1 perhaps waiting for a response from you via a Windows popup window that you cannot see for some reason?
Do you by any chance run a dual monitor system?

After I initiate the file opening it seems to shut down. No pop-up window. Just the laptop without an external monitor. Will submit a support request as suggested. Thanks for the follow-up.
