Did you try the "Submit a request" option and select the second Request type that should be auto directed to the Purchasing team?

I have the same problem. How many Phase One sales will you lose?
In Brazil it is impossible to buy the C1. It would be so simple for Phase One to ask Fastspring to correct the problem.0
