Color shifts in windows machine across applications

I am facing a strange issue thought I would check here.
There is an image i edited in photoshop on Mac, exported as sRgb , jpeg.
Now when i download the same jpeg image on windows machine, the image shows perfect color in the photo viewer. But when I open the same image in photoshop/ lightroom or Capture one or Affinity I see a sepia tone to it.

What should I change in my windows machine, so that I get consistent color across applications. Just bought a new surface book 3, and this issue is making me nuts.

    I think the Windows Photo Viewer is not color managed. Even though the colors look similar to the colors on you Mac, I would believe that PS, C1, and LR show the colors by using the embedded sRGB profile. I guess there is either a "wrong" sRGB file embedded by the export, and maybe installed on your Mac, and/or yor Mac is out of calibration.

    And check your Display color settings in Win 10 settings, disable " Night Light"
