Activation profile is incorrect
After using C1 11 Pro Sony for 2 years, today I was prompted by C1 that I should enter my license code again, which I did. After that I was told, that my activation profile would be incorrect, and those little question marks link to dead knowledge base articles. Online and manual activation do not work and support email is not given. I filled out a request submit on the homepage, but after submitting I stare on a blank white screen and no confirmation about the request is given. Phase One are you still learning HTML? This is completely unprofessional and time stealing behaviour!
Now I'm trying to get help via this forum. Can anyone tell me how to contact support or get this software running again?
