Formatting dates

Capture One 20 doesn't seem to honor my desired date formatting that I have set up system-wide in Preferences>Languages & Region>Advanced...

I universally use the ISO style format such as 2020-08-21

Am I missing a setting somewhere? New users here just moving over from Lightroom Classic

    When you say Capture One doesn't honour it, where do you mean? File naming for instance? All my files are renamed on import in a similar date format to your dates. I use 20 for the year rather than 2020, but the principle is the same, so an image I took yesterday morning for instance has come in as 20-08-21-1273.CR2.

    That's done with renaming in the import dialog box using tokens like this 

    To get 2020 instead of 20 I could have changed the option on the drop-down menu on the Image Date token to yyyy-MM-dd.

    Is that the kind of thing you are concerned with?

    I was specifically meaning the list view of the Browser where the format of the date doesn't follow the format set by the operating system.
