Some tif files not importing

Capture One 20 is not importing all the tif files in a folder on my hard drive. There are 79 files in the folder but CO imports only 69. There is no difference that I can see between the files that do import and those that don't. The color space is the same and the image sizes are in the same range. Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Maybe… just in case… in the prefs…
