Refine Mask function in version 13.1.2.35 does not work correctly

Hi, guys!
Refine Mask function in version 13.1.2.35 was broken, with any radius :-(

in version 13.1.1 worked correctly

Someone has faced such a problem, and how can it be solved?

    Hi,

    I think it's a combination with the healing mask. I have the same problem with the Luma Range Mask, but only I use a healing mask. When I deactivate the healing Layer, is the problem gone.
