    I would suggest that it is a better idea to do as much as you can in Capture One before you go to Photoshop. Inevitably you have the greatest scope for getting what you want from your image using the raw file, rather than any other format, whether TIFF, JPEG or whatever. Is there any reason not to do the skin retouching in Photoshop after you do the colour grade in Capture One?

    Well it was just to avoid editing the skin all over again like when a client wants me to tweak a picture a bit.

    Or if in a few months I love a new grading and wants to apply it to a particular picture.

    Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question but...
    You color grade for a specific look whether in PS or C1.
    If they look different you must be doing something different?
    Or are you saying a color grade in PS does not look the same when it is back in C1?
