Hi it would be amazing to have this app on the iPad so I could edit on the go . It’s such a shame that I purchased capture one without knowing it does not work on iPads or iPhones instead of adobe

  yes,  but I would not have high hopes to see an iPad version.....

  There's an amazing image tool for iPad, Affinity Photo for iPad....give it a look.
