Can't see the modifications I made
I modified the whole bundle of photos after importing them and the problem is that I can't see the modifications on them once Capture reopened.
In the photos' folder, I have a Capture One folder with the other two folders; one is Cache containing the proxies and thumbnails, and the other called Settings with .cos files.
What should I do to see the changes I made on the photos?
Thanks in advanced.

The Settings folder with the .cos files is where the edits are stored (assuming that you are working in a session, not a catalog).
So to be sure what you have done... If I understand you correctly, you
- imported some photos
- did some edits - for example changed the exposure and applied a crop
- closed Capture One
- then when you open Capture One again the exposure and crop adjustments you made are no longer seen.
Is that right? Or if you have followed some other procedure, please clarify.

The integrity of the folder is most important… and I work in sessions too.
If your RAWs are in a folder along with the Capture One generated folder
including 2 sub-folders, one is Cache containing the proxies (.cof + .cop)
and the other is thumbnails, and the other sub-other called Settings (.cos,
+ .comask), then it is all there.
Since CO records everything you do immediately in sidecar files, you don't
have to "save" before quitting… so I'm puzzled.0 -
to answer Ian question:

exactly I did that.
To Nikon Shooter:
I'm puzzled and some other emotions too (you can imagine what are they, after 3 hours work seems lost)
