split output into subdirs

We need to scan a lot of books, and need to split the output into multiple subfolders (each chapter = 1 subdir)
when we scan now we tag the start of a new chapter with a color tag, but we still need to export each chapter one by one.

has anyone an idea how we can make this easyer? So good way to tag a start of a new chapter & how to export this easy (in 1 export) but in multiple folders.

 

We using capture One Pro 12.0.3 for windows.

For scanning we use a Canon EOS 5DS with a book/photo-setup to scan books.
