All images offline

I had a drive problem that required a wipe and reload. I thought I had given the volume the same name as before, but I must have it wrong as all images in all catalogues are offline. My images are not stored with the catalogue, but are on a separate drive.

This is strictly a volume name problem, so what I need to find in Capture 1 is the original path that was used to reference the images. If I can find that, I can rename the volume and I'm good to go.

    Both. Every image on the external drive is offline due to an incorrect volume name. I thought I had it right, but I don't. I need to know what the path is for those offline files so I can rename the volume to the correct name. I need to find a way to see what C! is using to access the offline files.

    My only alternative is to delete all of the old catalogues and sessions, then re-import, with all of the losses that entails.

    Hi Peter,

    If I understood well your problem, you would have just to right click on the old parent folder name in Capture One and "Locate...".

    Unfortunately, "Locate" is greyed out and unavailable for all folders in all libraries.

    Finally found the name of the volume in C1. I needed to scroll the tools bar to see it. I was missing a space in the volume name. All is fine now.
