X-Pro3 RAWs import much warmer than jpegs
I picked up an X-Pro3 and am testing it out to see if I want to switch my X-T3 for it. I noticed today that when I import the files to Capture One 20, the RAW imports much warmer than the jpeg. I don't notice as drastic of a shift when using the X-T3. It seems like this only occurs when setting a white balance shift in-camera. The files are comparable when using R=0, B=0. But when I use my preferred R=3, B=-5, the RAW imports significantly warmer. Pictures attached below.
Has anyone experienced this the X-Pro3 or other cameras? Any suggestions on how to fix it? I can mess with the white balance but I would prefer for the RAWs to be reasonably close to my jpegs on import.

In the case of the jpgs you have some in-camera processing which is embedded at what ever compression ratio is used for creating the jpg and in the case of the RAW files you have a digital data to screen visible interpretation using a different interpretation "engine" possibly without the adjusted White Balance since WB is in any case "free" (not embedded) for RAW files.
Perhaps the different Fuji cameras deal with thing in different ways when they present the data to the to processing software outside the camera?
There are some other possibilities but you may need to have conversations with some other Fuji users to see it they have the same experiences and have discovered the reasons in a way that can be explained and readily understood.
