Intermittent camera error

I'm using Cap One 20 Fuji, XT2 connected with Tether Tools cable.  Working on a MacBook Pro, with a Session writing to a Samsung Portable SSD T5.  The Mac is running the latest Catalina update.

I get a camera error message often, with an occasional capture.

I have Fujifilm X Acquire installed.  I'm wondering if I need to uninstall it.

The camera is set to USB tether auto.
