Just trying to log on to use the program
Purchased a license for a single home user; however, when going to log on I get "invalid license code" and it states that it is a trial and there it stops. Again I made the purchase, the credit card statement shows the purchase was made. I am using the same code that was given to me but to no avail, what gives?

Did you originally start with the trial version?
If so you need to first deactivate it and then activate the paid version with the new activation code.Quoting here:
"De-activate the trial key by accessing your online C1 user account and going into license management options.
Restart C1 and activate with your new ....... activation key."0
