    Darek,

If no changes are detected that is exactly what it will do in my experience. But it has to run the check for changes first.

The potential for changes in drivers as well as hardware have proved to be enough for the C1 developers to have it all work the way it does.

I was going to post about this and this post came up. When I'm using my egpu, it will take 5 to 10 minutes to get set back up if i had plugged it in from not using it. Then when i disconnect properly and open capture one again it takes another 5-10 minutes to get re-acclimated to the onboard gpu. It would be nice if it didnt have to redo that every single time if its the same gpu in the egpu case. If there is some memory of pas gpus you would think it would be quicker when switching to the onboard one.

To explain it another way, i have my egpu on my one desk where im working, i then close C1, click the button to disconnect the egpu, take my laptop to another location, open C1 and it has to do its gpu setup. I then return to my epgu location and with C1 closed to plug the egpu in and open C1 and it has to redo the gpu setup, and then again whne i disconnect again the same way.

My pure guess is that Capture One has recognized a hardware change and thus rebuilds the GPU acceleration engine each time.

it would be a nice feature to be able to retain whatever it is doing if its a gpu that its seen before, especially the onboard one.
