Output to Adobe Experience Manager Assets

We are currently outputting to an internal network file server and would like to change to our AEM Assets (DAM) which is hosted externally.  In the Output configuration, I am not sure if I can point to this location?  

Adobe makes a tool called the Desktop App which allows me to connect to my instance and move files between my local or network file server and my AEM Assets environment.   

What I would like is to configure Capture 1 to output directly to an external path or via the Desktop App's connection.
