would be cool to make luts with Capture one
ever thought about adding luts in Capture one feature so users can do icc and luts as well not just icc ?

Hi Masha,
There are some LUTs available on Internet, that you can use with Capture One. I have bought some, that I don't use any longer, but they exist.

there are no real LUTs available for c1 the ones on the market like lutify are in fact .ICC profiles which simulate the look of a LUT with the corresponding name but they are used instead of the camera profile and this is far from being optimal. the result is not even close to look the same LUT gives in a software which supports them.
I too would very much like to see LUT support in c1 but I think this probably is not even on their radar. LUTs are already supported in almost every image editor and raw converter on the market today for good reasons, except C1. at the current state of color rendering in c1 it does not make much sense anyway because they don't offer colormetrically balanced profiles to start with.

Hi CSP,
I would be interested to know which RAW converter software supports LUTs. Does Lightroom or Photoshop support them now ? I have only old versions (LR 6.14 and Photoshop CS6) which, to my knowledge, don't support LUTs. I didn't try with darktable or RawTherapee yet.

the LUT support in ARC/LR in the latest versions is very good implemented,PS has LUT support for years you can even export LUTs but other commercial software offer lut support too on1, luminar, exposure., affinity... . I never really used presets but wen I use arc I almost always apply some LUT from lutify with additional color corrections. thought for some time I will get the LUT creator software but now I see no need because I already like what I get. with LUTs you can apply corrections otherwise impossible or very difficult with onboard tools. when you compare the color - tools in davinci resolve to the c1 tools the c1 offers look amateurish and I will never understand why this companies think it is enough what they offer, even a early 90ies software like Heidelberg Linocolor could do more things than c1 today.
