Crop tool broken

Crop grid guides broken. Permanently on, even when using different tools. Anyone else having this issue? Happened after a crash. Reinstalled and reset capture, restated the computer. No luck.

    Did you try to uncheck "Show" in the grid tool ?

    For anyone with this problem it was the rotation tool that needed resetting. It was stuck at 0° reset and everything went back to normal.
