I'm new here! I'm Alberto and thank for the access in the community forum.
I'm shooting fashion photograpy for ecommerce, and trying to automate and improve my workflow.
I like to have a final picture with 100% white background, trying to don't lose contrast on te product, that sometimes suffer the light from the background.
I shot with 1 light on the backgroung set + 1,5 stop comparing to main light of the product, and 1 light on the right side of the model and 1 reflective panel on the other side.
I have the right result on the top and center background but on the lower part near the foot usually i'm not able to reach the white, maybe i need more light ( but actually i havent )
I actually use a layer with automadeg "gamma luma" selection and increase the exposure until i reach the desired result.
Unfortunately this method is not very automated because i need to delete mask for the highlight of the product, and also need to check one by one the image.
I'm asking myself if they are other methods to burn the background correclty without affecting the product contrast and saturation.
Maybe some technique on software, or even on the hardware?
If you need i can post some example picture, but it seems i cannot upload here.
Thank you for the time reading my post!
