Cannot activate the program

    De-activate the trial Key.

    Re-start C1 - you will be asked for the Activation key.

    Use the Key you sent for your purchase.

     

    That should be all you need to do.

    Thank you. I sorted it out. I'd been using a previous version of the license key. My error, although I would suggest that the activation routine be made less cumbersome.

    Remember that the way it works provides you with controls for managing the activations on more than one machine at any time should you ever need it. Also for transferring activation between machines without uninstalling.

     

    I'm not sure that it can be thought of as cumbersome in that context - although when not using the functionality regularly it may appear somewhat unfamiliar each time one returns to it.
