Floating Tools Issue at saving workspace

I use 3 monitors and wanted to organize the floating tools on one of them which can be stacked using the stack function (orange stripes). So I placed several stacks next to each other.

The problem is that the order of the tools in a stack gets mixed up when saving the workspace. Not very helpful if you want to learn a way of working where the tools should always be in their place!

My only solution at the moment is to stack the tools from bottom to top and not to use the snap-in function, so each tool remains a separate window.
