new notebook Windows 10 - GPU vs CPU

Hi,

i know there are a lot of discussions about CPU and GPU and Open CL, but they are old and I am more confused than before.

i'm choosing a new laptop for editing photos and video.

Using Capture One and Windows 10, what do you suggest in 2020?  give priority to a powerful CPU without GPU (Huawei matebook 14: Ryzen 4800H with Vega7 integrated gpu)  or choose a less powerfull CPU with a discrete GPU(Asus Vivobook RX570: I7 10750h with GTX1650)?

I use Fuji raf files.

At the moment i'm more inclined on Matebook 14 because of better screen quality and size(3:2), portability and buld quality.
