    Does the Lens tool report "Manufacturer Profile" for this lens?

    If so are you saying that the Fuji supplied lens profile not suitable?

    Embedded in each RAF file is the lens correction information for the lens used to take the picture (providing you are using a lens that is capable of talking to the camera).

    It is the most accurate information available considering C1 would only have the 1.0 version of the information, while in the RAF file each time you update the lens firmware has that information potentially updated. 

    Just like SFA said: The only thing you have to do is to select the "Manufacturer Profile" and C1 will read and apply the information from the file.

    Well explained Rob.

    As far as I am aware in the absence of a C1 Profile but the existence of a Manufacturer profile the Manufaturer Profile will be the default profile used.

    Indeed in the past going back some years there have been posts form people who wanted to be able to set "Manufacturer Profile" as the default for a lens even when a C1 profile existed.
