If you want to do that, you could look at this thread where Lily from the Capture One team explains exactly how to do that. (Ignore the unhelpful comments from some contributors that that thread.)

Hello I followed the instructions, but it is still not working. It says that I will receive an email with instructions to access my account, but did not receive it.

Have you checked you Spam folder?

Do you have more than one email address?

I really have tried everything to cancel my subscription, but it's just not working. Can you take care of it please.

People here are, in the main, just users not staff.

Even if they were staff there would be nothing they could do without knowing who you are or having some link to the correspondence you have recently had.

You could try a Support Case  via this link. However I seems to recall that the Subscription service is managed outside the Capture One business (by FastSpring) and so there is no direct intervention possible. I may be wrong so it may be worth giving this route a try.

You can always notify your bank or credit card company that the payments are no longer authorized and no funds should be disbursed.  That should get Capture One's attention.
