Where is my data 2?

FirstName LastName

1) I had a catalog with over 3000 photos


2) I loaded a new pic from an import when I added a new file.  Only 1 pic

3) The catalog only show 1 pic

4) The catalog file is over 100 gigs and only showing one file

 

5) Where on earth are my pics in the catalog?  One pic does not take 100gigs.

    What Collection or Folder do you have selected?  After an import Capture one creates a dated collection under Recent Imports which only shows the imported images.   All other images are hidden.  Is that what you are looking at?

    The All Images collection under Catalog Collections should tell you how many images are in your catalog and when that collection is selected all the images should display when using the browser unless you've selected some filtering criteria.

    I see one image in the side bar of a 100gig catalog.  How do I view all?  Capture one...what is your support email?

    You did not answer my question.   What Collection of Folder do you have selected?  If you haven't selected All Images you will not see all images.
