XT4 RAF Files

Using the XT4 and downloaded a trial for Fuji Capture One (Checked) -I can see my JPG but RAF Files are greyed out.  I took more shots, still greyed out.  Also did Uncompressed in case the Loseless was the issue - again I can't bring in any RAF un-edited files.

I copied to my Hard Drive also, I can open with other software so must be local to Capture one.  I even uninstalled, deleted everything and tried again - no cigar for RAF.  Checked it was for Fuji...Yep installed twice now.

    Which files you can work with is controlled by the Activation key you used. The software download is the same for all versions.

    The only other camera manufacturer specific constraint I can think of is for tethering where in the preferences one can select which camera manufacturers might be candidates for tethered use.

     

    If you go to the Help menu and then click on "About Capture One" what information is reported?

    Nothing in Help , if you go to Capture One 20 then about capture one... says Pro Trial. Build 13.1.2.37 (c218277) nothing else. Licence contents says capture one by capture one A/S.

    Reads like it's a full Pro activation although the build version is different to mine.

     

    I would suggest you use the "Submit a request" option at the top of one of the Community pages and get some suggestions from the C1 Support Team.
