can you provide some further details about what you were doing at the time?
Is this happening when using a catalog but with an offline image? Was the image known (by C1) to be offline when you attempted the edit?
It sounds like the sort of problem that you would do well to report to Capture One Support using the "Submit a request" option - unless there is some obvious reason for the crash occurring - like the file suddenly becoming unavailable in the middle of editing for reasons outside the control of C1. That might be a little hard to catch without a lot of monitoring in real time.
If it's not catalog based off-line file problem can you describe what you were doing that led up to the problem appearing?
People might want to know both to try to replicate the problem and to make sure they avoid it!
