Burst mode/contiues shooting with Canon 5D IV not working

Hello, I tetherd my Canon 5d iv camera to Capture one and it all works fine except when trying to shoot in burst mode. every time I press the software's shutter the camera takes only 1 image.

Has anyone resolved this issue?

Can you lease assist?

  Do you mean Bracketed shots at different exposure settings?

  Hi, 

  I mean shooting in the same exposure time after time with one long press on the shutter. "Burst mode" for canon cameras.

  Ah.

  Continuous shooting.

  Try using the Keyboard Shortcut    Ctrl-K   (or see the "Camera" drop down menu for any alternative that may have been defined).

  Bear in mind that in full Tether with direct image capture to Computer there is no access to the camera memory buffer (at least there is not on my test camera  - which is not a 5D) so the shooting speed may not be what you expect.
