13.1.3 Express - Performance

I am using Capture One Express on my Mac. Yesterday I installed the 13.1.3 update. I had to reload the whole image first (there is probably no incremental update) and then I basically had to reinstall C1. The installation process was done relatively quickly, but the first start took several minutes. Even after restarting the Mac, the start of the app takes ten times as long as with version 13.1.2. I then uninstalled 13.1.3 and reinstalled 13.1.2.

    I updated to 13.1.3 too and it is clear to go.
