Keyboard Shortcuts for Black & White Tools - Color Sensitivity and Split Tones

It would be great to have keyboard shortcut options for the Black & White Tools.

For Example:

- Enable/Disable BW
- Color Sensitivity, all 6 sliders
- Split Tones, all 4 sliders for Highlights and Shadows
