Neither online nor offline activation possible - Server down?
Hello support team,
since yesterday I would like to activate my C1 Express for Fuji ... but it doesn't work. During entering email adress in the app the message "Server connection not possible" appears.
The offline registration is also not possible. Error message is: "Oops, this registry key is invalid. Please try again or contact our support team."
It looks like that I'm not the only one with this issue...very frustrating. Would you be so kind and provide info how to get the activation done?

Hi Frank,
I thought I was the only one with this problem.
I was able to use the "manual" activatation process but how frustrating was that given that as far as I was concerned I had already registered the activation code months ago.

I should also have mentioned that this is not an official support forum.
You need to use the "Submit a request" function to create a request that gives you personal support help..
