Pre Order upgrade pay procedure

I am very angry. As longtime user CO since version 3 LE I have every time upgraded till now. Last time to version 20 all get wrong with Fast Spring BV by GlobalCollect and yet I preordered version 21 and also wrong. I paid with Ideal and after that there came a message: payment didn’t succeed. But I see that Euro 135,20 is booked to Fast Spring BV by GlobalCollect from my bank. What a mess!! Let Capture One look for a partner that this business can handel.

Upgrading to 20 was a disaster for me and now I can't even get the system to recognize my authorization number.

i cant activate my capture one any more !! i have 5 seats and he didn't reconise my license !!! is not fair you payd for 1 year and each month is a fu+++ control and now i m lock !!!

should we use the adobe system ?
