Switch from images within the catalog to a referenced folder structure?

Hello! :)

Can you change this later, if you have imported the images directly into the catalog at the start and later realize that you would rather work with a referenced folder structure.
How do I get the images from the catalog back into a referenced folder structure?
Is that even possible?

  Yes you can move images from managed to referenced, and vice versa, and you can even have a catalog that has a mixture of managed and referenced images. 

  To move images from In Catalog to referenced, you can just drag and drop them. So...

  1. add the target folder to the catalog if it is not already added - hit the + button, navigate to the folder concerned and add it.
  2. Drag and drop the images from the In Catalog section of the Library tool to the folder(s) you have chosen.

  That's all there is to it. By moving them using the Capture One Library tool, you ensure that Capture One keeps track of the images and any edits you have done to them.
