wrong mac version
hello, i have the trial version, but it wont open as it says i have mac version 12.12 and no updates available

I guess you mean mac OS 10.12. Unfortunately, the running version of Gapture One is not supported by MacOS 10.12. You must upgrade to at least 10.13.
