color adjustments

Does it matter where I do color adjustments between white balance, the color wheel or curves? I do very little with white balance & mostly use the others. Thanks.

    If you are going to use white balance use it first.
    WB used after the curves, levels or wheels will mess up those color adjustments or just not work.
    Even if you are toning, WB gives you a known neutral point to start with.
