Sudden disconnections with my Canon 5d mark IV

I'm using Canon 5D Mark IV with Capture one 12 - all worked completely fine until 2 days ago.

Of course, I'm using a tether lock as well to make the connection stable.

In the last few days, the connection isn't stable at all and disconnects all the time during photoshoots.

I thought the cable is ruined so I changed to a completely new cable - but the camera doesn't connect at all even with the new cable - I can only see in the capture camera window a sign of the battery with a line on it and no connections.

I've tried to restart, tried to change the port in the MacBook and the camera was checked in the lab and the USB connection seems fine.

What else can it be?
