    Hi Paul,

Check if your computer OS still accepts Capture One 10 (or, more precisely, if Capture One 10 works with your running OS). You can get this info by looking at the release notes. If yes, there is an "archive" section in the C1 support where you can get all previous versions of Capture One, as far as I remember.

It is incredibly discouraging to know that I just gave your company $200 and have a program that has so many issues that I can't use it. My Macintosh computer was purchased three months ago and has extra memory and a good processor and yet your program works so slow it's on usable. When it does work, every single time I want to add adjustments such as cropping or color balance, etc., I have to go back and select them again. Everything about the new program destroyed my ability to have a reasonable workflow. Very discouraging for a company that I have been using for more than a decade

    Paul,

You need to know that this is primarily a User to User forum and mostly NOT an official Support function.

If you wish to discuss the problems you are having with your new system, for which there may be several possible causes, you need to talk to the Capture One Support Team directly. You have not indicated whether you have already done that.

Here is the link  - it can also be found on most of the Support site pages.

Your description of your experience simply does not fit with the experience that most users enjoy. I doubt many users, maybe none, would relate to your description and understand what you are describing based on their experiences.

I would strongly suggest that you contact the Support Team and work with them to identify why you are seeing what you see and why the experience seem to be so different to your experience with V10. (I assume you were comfortable with V10 since you wish to return to it. However with your current V20 activation key you could also consider V11 and V12 if V10 on the latest release of the Mac Operating System is not an option for you.)
